Group Bookings

We offer group bookings, full property rentals and love to host corporate retreats, and special events. Please reference our group bookings page for additional info, a more detailed FAQ, and an inquiry form to start the conversation.


Cancellation Policies

We are a small business and appreciate you letting us know as soon as you might need to adjust your booking.

The following policies apply for individual bookings made directly with us or third parties (in addition to their terms.) :

Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations are charged 100% at 4pm 7 days prior to check-in. If you book an Advanced Purchase rate, your card will be charged on that day and is non-refundable. 

In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

For group bookings (of more than 3 rooms) different policies apply. We will charge the card on file thirty days prior to check in and if the card is not valid we will cancel the reservations. You can not cancel your reservations for a refund 30 days or less prior to check in. 

Please note:

Different cancellation policies may apply when reservation was made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.). Those bookings must be cancelled through the applicable provider, and cannot be cancelled through us.    


Check-In/Check-Out

Our standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.

Early check-in at 3pm and late check out at 12pm upon request and subject to availability for a fee of $25 for non-group reservations and $250 for entire house rentals.

Please avoid arriving before 4pm for check-in unless prearranged with management to ensure proper cleaning.


A two-night minimum stay is required for bookings of 4 or more rooms. Group bookings of 3 or more rooms are charged 30 days before check-in and are non-refundable at that time.

Invalid card information will result in cancellation.

Coffee/Breakfast

In-room coffee is included. Light breakfast of yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit available in kitchen area.


Parking

There is free street parking on Bloodworth Street with a 2-hr limit weekdays 8am-5pm, and unlimited after hours and weekends.

Additionally, there is off-street parking behind the Inn. Here is a map.


The inn is strictly a smoke-free, vape-free, drug-free property, indoors and outdoors. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. Treat the property with care, and any damage may result in fees starting at $500.

Minors & Pets

No children under 18 in the main house, unless you have booked the entire property. Pets, including service animals, are not allowed.


The kitchen is not available for cooking or food storage. We provide daily breakfast of yogurt, granola and fresh fruit, and there are many nearby dining options. In-room coffee is included.

Common Spaces

Common areas are shared unless you book the entire property. Personal belongings can't be left in these spaces overnight. Hair and makeup artists are not allowed in common areas for weddings unless entire house is booked.

Events & Outside Guests

For an additional fee, please inquire about your special event. We require a 2-night minimum, full-property booking with any event. Outside guests are not permitted unless otherwise pre-approved by management.


Photo Shoots

Yes, we welcome pre-approved photography shoots (including videography):

  • Private photography: Common spaces can be booked for an hourly fee. Use of a guestroom must include booking the guestroom and are only available during regular check-in/check-out times. Contact us to book a photography session.

  • Commercial photography: A full-property booking is generally required along with a contract. Contact us to learn more.

  • Unless the full-property is booked, photography is only permitted Monday-Thursday.
