INTIMATE 8 ROOM BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN
In our small, adult only boutique hotel, every detail has been thoughtfully considered in the design-forward spaces that are calm, soft, and flooded with daylight. Cozy up in the common areas like the historic parlour and study, or a modern breakfast nook and dining space. Take in an impressive view of the Raleigh skyline in the quiet courtyard shaded by a large pecan tree. This is a hotel that feels like home.
This is a love note to Raleigh.

“I feel like I would come to Raleigh just to stay here again. Just impressed.” —@jessicahische
"Guest House is the boutique hotel I wish I actually lived in.” —Alex Delany, Bon Appétit

Walkable to everything
Guest House started its life as a home for Arthur and Annie Gorham in the 1880’s in the Prince Hall Historic District of downtown Raleigh. It was threatened to be demolished, so we took a stroll with it through downtown and brought it to its new home so we could host you!
